Shala is located in soi Sukhumvit 93 as shown on the map below. Parking is available if you are driving or it is very convenient to walk from BTS Bangchak station. 

Mat is available and there is a separated locker room (both men and women) to keep your belongings as well as shower facility.

Please BRING YOUR OWN towels for the practice and shower. Shala DOES NOT provide towel service.
